Hand made collage, illustrating the modern colloquial term 'Baby mommas'. Depicting the struggling single mother through 1950's found imagery. Mix media on wood.

From the same series as 'Baby Momma'. Re-appropriating advertisments and images from 1950's & 60's hair and
fashion magazines.

From the same series as 'Baby Mommas' & 'Herr'. Tongue in cheeks mix media collage on wood. Illustrating the term 'Player', young boys become the promiscuous adulterous male.

Silk Screen print. Focusing on the fragmented roles women are expected take on thoughout they're lives. Originally a hand made collage, the images are extracts from 50's & 60's fashion and beauty magazines.

From found ephemera to collage to screen print. My usual process of working. Re-appropriating old classic nostalgia into an entirely new comtemporary form.
