Alice in Wonderland
This is my redesign for Lewis Carroll's classic childrens book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The design signifies the whole dream like world Alice encounters.

Bands
Each year around 6,000 postal workers are attacked by dogs in the UK. These simple mailers show a way for the reuse of red elastic bands for a way of preventing some of these attacks. The idea is instead of throwing them on the floor you reuse them because one day they might come in handy.

Belts and Braces
Magazine article that discusses the topic of how people wear their trousers. The modern day trend of wearing trousers saggy and asking why people tend not to use belts or braces anymore.

Boxfresh
Booklet based around my manifesto in which I talk about how my degree has gone so far and my strengths and weaknesses which I must work on. I will aim to abide by my manifesto throughout my final year at university.

Mapping of a serial killer
A set of designs focused on mapping the mind of a serial killer. Dissocial personality disorder being a main characteristic which branches off to other mental problems people who kill have.

Nirvana
A typographic display based upon two songs. One song from Nirvana UK band who where a 60's prog band, and the other song being Nirvana the famous 90's grunge band. The overlapping style was to highlight the links lyrically throughout both songs from each verse and the overall aesthetic of the photocopy style also to show that idea. The blocks of colour are to bring out the 60's song called Rainbow chaser.
Uncovered/Re-imagine
Two 12inch record sleeves. One a redesign for the 90’s Radiohead album cover ‘The Bends’ and the other is for a made up band I created called ‘Epiphany’ the band are made up of dead musicians.

Stanley 100
A large scale roll out poster to remember the 168 lives lost 100 years ago in a coal mining disaster which took place at the west Stanley colliery in Durham. It highlights elements that occurred in and around the disaster and the heroes that helped out on that fateful day of the 16th of February 1909.

Tangrams
A seven piece puzzle game based upon triangles, one rhombus shape and one square. Using these shapes to form figures you can create anything from animals to letter forms.

Ten
For our degree show this year we were asked to design our own individual X. I decided to apply a favourite technique of mine and so I used woodblock.
