Anti Design Festival

18th – 26th September 2010 is an important date for London’s Anti Design Festival; a direct response to the commercial glitzy glamour of The London Design Festival held at the same time. Look out for good boy Drew Turner, who was part of last years collective and soon to be alumni member.

“As a response to 25 years of cultural deep freeze in the UK, the Anti Design Festival will attempt to unlock creative fires and ideas, exploring spaces hitherto deemed out-of-bounds by a purely commercial criteria.”

Ephemeral Show

Ephemeral / 25–30 June 2010

Ephemeral is an upcoming graphics & illustration show by this year’s graduates of Bath Spa. Having suffered badly from the ‘too-much-free-booze-and-socialising’ syndrome when when I visited the Bath degree show last week, I’m looking forward to their London effort to have a proper look at the work.

Check it out if you can make it to Shoreditch between 25–30 June.
